Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her wonderful husband JP and her family in Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky father. My Instagram account is @annephung and the majority of my followers are. I post about my daily life, my good and bad days. I moved to America with my family and brothers in 1990 when I was 1 1/2 years old. young. I'm not here sharing my life to you, if not for my parents love dedication and hard work. As I knew I could achieve a better future, I was determined to be successful and do my parents happy. I thought my life would be a certain way: graduate from college, get a corporate position, be married, and then start with a family. I believed that this was the epitome of success however, life has other plans to show me what it meant to be successful. Money and the prestige of my position did not make me happy. I felt as if I was wasting my life to earn a paycheck. While navigating my way to a new job, I realized that I was supposed to become a personal trainer. I was a fan of exercising, I enjoyed being around people and I enjoy helping people. In 2014, I started my own small business and I will celebrate my 7th year anniversary by 2021. In the field of coaching, there are not many Asian women. I strive to become a catalyst in the industry to provide high-quality coaching that allows people to live a more healthy and happier individual by developing the most sustainable life that meets the individual needs and desires. Also, I want others to be empowered to follow their dreams and achieve anything they desire in life. When my professional career began to flourish, I experienced one of the greatest losses in my life, my mother's death. She has won the eight-year battle with the disease. Then she's in Heaven, and I keep her in my heart. The universe has the capacity to give us exactly what we need even when we're unable to comprehend the lesson in this moment. There are many ways that the loss of my mother changed me. I truly believe she provided me with another chance to experience her loss. Her death occurred at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. This was her moment to enter her next life. I got my second chance at living the life of a fulfilled and happy. At the age of 30, I have a sense that I am alive and living. I'm not feeling like I just exist anymore. My intention in sharing my experience is to inform you that, you are not the only one. I want you to be aware that love exists and that therapy is common. Your health is truly your most valuable asset. I pray to live your life fully and that your end is without regrets because that's all that we have to be confident about during this lifetime.
