Sofia Vergara
Sofia Margarita Vergara Vergara grew growing up in Barranquilla. Her mother, Margarita Vergara davila de Vergara, works as a housewife. His father, Julio Enrique Vergara Robayo, provides cattle to the industry of meat. She has five siblings. She went to a private, bilingual school, which taught Spanish as well as English. Then she studied pre-dental. Sofia, however, was found at sea by a professional photographer. That led to getting modeling gigs and TV roles. She was already a runway-model aged 23. When she was in the United States, her travel show Fuera de serie, which she hosted from 1995-98, brought her to the public. Her first film performance was in the romantic comedy Big Trouble (2002). Gloria Delgado Pritchett, a character from the American Television show Modern Family (2009), is her most memorable performance. She won four Emmy Awards between 2010-2013 for Outstanding Supporting Actress in the Comedy Series. Sofia is a resident of Los Angeles, California with her son, Manolo.
